Once a design is finalized, it moves into production:

The moment your order is confirmed, it enters our production queue.
2. Design Preparation
Our design team prepares your chosen scarf for printing—calibrating colors, adjusting scale, and ensuring every detail translates beautifully onto silk.
3. Printing & Production
Your scarf is printed using advanced dye-sublimation techniques that infuse color directly into the silk fibers. This method creates vibrant, long-lasting color that won't fade or crack over time. After printing, each piece is carefully finished by hand—edges hemmed or rolled, fabric steamed and pressed to achieve its signature drape.
4. Quality Review & Packaging
Before your scarf leaves the studio, it's inspected for color accuracy, print clarity, and finishing quality. Once approved, it's folded with care, enclosed with care instructions, and packaged for its journey to you.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship via courier to ensure your scarf arrives safely at your doorstep.

For those creating a fully custom design, the timeline extends to allow for collaboration:

You submit your vision through our design questionnaire. - Response 5 BUSINESS DAYS
We review your request and reach you with any questions. - Commitment
Upon deposit, your design officially enters creation. - Design Phase 10 BUSINESS DAYS
Your mockup is developed with care and precision. - Collaboration 20 BUSINESS DAYS OPEN
You review, refine, and approve. Two rounds of edits are welcomed during this window. - Production Approval 3 BUSINESS DAYS
Final design is confirmed with our artisans. - Creation 6 BUSINESS DAYS
Your scarf is woven and finished by hand. - Arrival 4+ BUSINESS DAYS
